As already said in the introductory part, health is one thing that is beyond everything else.
When you’re healthy, your performance, choices, and wishes are unlimited but when you’re in poor health, every other single aspect starts suffering because of your inability to perform or low performance.
You know what they say: “A healthy person has a thousand wishes, a sick person has only one.” This couldn’t be truer than it is.
When you’re in good health, you can still work, hang out with your loved ones, nourish your friendships, relax and do whatever you want but when you’re sick, you can only do one thing and that is contemplating doing all the aforementioned things. That is why it is important to nourish both your mental health and physical health.
A simple walk during the day can do wonders for your body and mind. Regular exercise, meditation, and staying away from any type of toxicity should all be priorities. Also, eating healthy food (preferably organic) and being creative both contribute to making you feel good and protecting your body and mind from potential diseases. When I started practicing a holistic lifestyle, I instantly boosted my quality of life which also contributed to improving other aspects of my life as well. Now I feel like I’m doing something good for myself and my loved ones, which is the ultimate sign of self-care and self-discipline.
So, take care of your body and take care of your mind because, in the long run, this is the best investment.
