Peoples’ Saga – Sustainable Living. allows its customers to cancel their Affiliation within the rescission period. PSP (Peoples’ Saga Program) has a fixed rescission period of 10 days. If the customer intends to cancel the Affiliation within the stipulated time, he/she is eligible for a refund. Such requests, however, are to be made in writing. The request has to be signed by the applicant or applicants (in case of joint Affiliation) and has to reach the office within ten days from availing of the Affiliation. If the application is received within 10 days, the applicant will receive a full refund within thirty days from the date of receipt of the request. If the applicants fail to send the cancellation request within the stipulated time, he/she is not eligible for the refund.

The support team is not available on Sundays and national holidays, so you might want to plan your communication accordingly. The team can be contacted, in case you want to know about the procedure of Affiliation cancellation. Please note that the Affiliation can be cancelled at any time, but the refund for the same is available within 10 (ten) days of availing the Affiliation.

Limitation Of Liability

PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING. The aggregate liability for damages claimed under this agreement and arising out of PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING. performance of services hereunder shall be limited to the total purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING. BE LIABLE WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS OR SERVICES PROVIDED AT OR ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THIS SITE. IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT AS A LIMITATION THEREOF, PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGE FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER OR NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE AND EVEN IF PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, ARISING UNDER STATUTE OR OTHERWISE. THE NEGATION OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING. AND YOU. THIS SITE AND THE INFORMATION WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, IS OBTAINED BY YOU FROM PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING.
