Terms And Conditions of Affiliation / Property Portfolio:

Welcome to the Peoples Saga Properties Private Limited. web site (the “Site”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this Site. By using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this Site.

We at Peoples’ Saga – Sustainable Living. wish to make your Property-Portfolio / Affiliation/outing / stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We request you to please follow our rules and regulations mentioned below. We will do our best to remedy problems or concerns you may have. If at any time you feel that something is not right, please feel free to contact the Manager.

Below are the terms and conditions, please read them carefully and sign the disclaimer after accepting.

Terms & Conditions for all Affiliation:

  • Acceptance Of Agreement: You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to our Site. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Peoples’ Saga – Sustainable Living. and you with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you must review this Agreement prior to using the Site
  1. Affiliation Card: The Affiliation card is the property of the issuing authority and must be returned upon request.  Affiliation cards are valid for the Affiliation Term as stamped on the Affiliation card, which is for a Lifetime after the initial purchase date once the payment is fully made.  Affiliation cards have no cash value and do not guarantee the reservation.
  • Affiliation Benefit Conditions: All Affiliation Benefits are valid only during the Affiliation Term and shall automatically expire thereafter.  All benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, excluding Black-Out Dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
  1. Transferable and Non-Transferable Benefits: 
  • Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a member’s guest. The Member/ Affiliation Card need not be present at the time of guests’ use of the benefit.
  • Non-Transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Affiliation Card.  Proof of identification may be required at the property.
  1. Black-Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: From Feb 1st To Feb 28th/29th of every year.
  • Modifications (Restaurant & Benefit Changes): Participating restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice.  Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice.  Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications.  Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Customer Services.  Affiliation Program marketing agent declines any responsibility for modifications.
  1. Lost/Stolen Affiliation Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.  Lost or stolen Affiliation cards must be reported to Customer Services.  A processing fee of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) will be charged for each replacement Affiliation card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the first card.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation of Affiliation will be honored up to Ten (10) days from the purchase date, but no refund will be issued until the Affiliation card and all certificates have been returned to Peoples’ Saga – Sustainable Living.
  1. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any property that may accept the benefits of Affiliation herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Affiliation Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein.  In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for Affiliation in the marketing program.
  • Applicable Laws: This Site is administered by PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING. at its offices in India and is subject to the laws of India. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India in relation to any dispute relating to this Agreement. PEOPLES’ SAGA – SUSTAINABLE LIVING. makes no representation that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use outside India, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use, export or re-export the materials at this Site or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  1. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in force.
  • No Legal Advice: Content is not intended to and does not constitute legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is formed, nor is anything submitted to this Web Site treated as confidential. The accuracy, completeness, adequacy or currency of the Content is not warranted or guaranteed. Your use of Content on this Web Site or materials linked from this Web Site is at your own risk.
