TERMS & CONDITIONS of Peoples’ Saga Program (PSP):

  1. In an event that regular rooms with FBP (which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner) are unavailable PEOPLES’ SAGA will make superior rooms available, however as they are of a higher category a MAP (which includes breakfast and lunch or dinner), there would be additional charges levied upon the second
  2. The application for this needs to be submitted along with a copy of acceptable proof of identity and proof of address. The Club & vacation charges mentioned should be paid via Cheque / DD / PO / Credit Card/Debit card favouring “PEOPLES SAGA PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED”. payable locally and should be submitted along with this Contract. CASH REMITTANCE, if any, should be made ONLY TO PEOPLES’ SAGA’s ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT at PEOPLES’ SAGA office and spot ONLINE receipt should be obtained and the same should be viewed online in the affiliate login provided. The PEOPLES’ SAGA will not be held responsible for cash payments made or alleged to be made to Company’s sales personnel, or any employees or Marketing Associates against receipts on letter-head, stamp paper
  3. The Affiliation card will be issued to the Second Party, his or her spouse and children (up to the age of 24 years only supported by proof of age) subject to providing a copy of ID proof, address proof, two photographs and compliance of the KYC norms of the whole family. The process of execution of the contract will complete only after affixing the signature of the Authorized representative of the First party. Once the Second party signed the contract, the same will send to the Head Office for the execution of the contract. Thereafter a copy of the same will be sent to the Second party through a
  4. The Second Party understands, even in absence of the Affiliation card that he/ she can access the club premises with the ONLINE receipt (obtained as per clause 23) for three months or till the time the Affiliate receives his Affiliation
  5. All holidays are subject to availability as we follow a floating week. Every effort is made to ensure our booking system is transparent and other PEOPLES’ SAGA’s affiliates of higher season/points get an opportunity to book first. 1st Feb to 28th Feb is Booking Blocked Dates, RED CARPET – Booking can be done between 90 days to 60 days before the desired holiday dates, BLUE CARPET – Booking can be done between 75 days to 50 days before the desired holiday dates and GREEN CARPET – Booking can be done between 50 days to 30 days before the date of the desired holiday dates. After the stipulated dates mentioned as per the season/points, all PEOPLES’ SAGA affiliate has an equal opportunity to book their holidays. PEOPLES’ SAGA affiliate will have dedicated dates assigned to them on the date of signing this contract which is mentioned in the first page of this contract. However, Affiliates can book other dates subject to availability or swap in dates with other affiliates.
  6. There shall be a cool-off period of 10 days from the date of signing of this Contract wherein the Affiliate can discontinue the contract. After deduction of 12000/-, of the Paid amount plus any costs associated with it., the balance of paid amount will be refunded within 51 working days from the date of invoking of cool off period. For invoking the cooling-off period, the Affiliate shall send a written communication to the Chief Process Officer PEOPLES SAGA PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED, Customer Care – Revoke, “Pranava Mandira”, Ward No. 29, 2nd Cross, Ratnagiri New Extension, Behind LBHS School, Chikmagaluru – 577101. Through registered or speed post only. Email or any other form of communication to any other personnel/address will not be considered an acceptable mode of communication for this process. After the expiry of the aforesaid period, the entire Affiliation fee is non-refundable under any circumstance but can get a refund under “BUY BACK COVENANT” of PEOPLES’ SAGA. No refund can be made if the affiliation is under default status/unpaid for 3 or more months.
  7. PEOPLES’ SAGA neither does engage in any renting & selling of Affiliate’s unused vacations or benefits nor allow the affiliate to exploit it commercially however in an event that guest would like to gift it to someone other than the Affiliates a guest fee will

It is understood by the Second Party hereto that only after submission of all the necessary documents and satisfactory verification of the same thereafter by PEOPLES’ SAGA, vacation vouchers will be issued to the Primary applicant to the address stated in this Contract. The Second Party understands that there are no separate holiday vouchers for sale and the Second Party is entitled to benefits that are only set out under this contract.
  11. The Second Party understands that he/she will have to pay taxes and other levies as levied by the government e., GST and any other additional taxes as may be applicable from time to time.
  12. The Second Party can obtain a copy of the Bye-laws of PEOPLES’ SAGA by making a written application to Admin Manager, Admin Dept, By Law Copy, “Pranava Mandira”, Ward No. 29, 2nd Cross, Ratnagiri New Extension, Behind LBHS School, Chikmagaluru – 577101.
  13. Outside food/beverages are strictly not allowed in the clubs/resorts. Charges for consumables such as food, beverages and other facilities availed by the Second Party and guests will be determined by the management from time to time and should be cleared on a day-to-day basis.   14. Vacations must be utilized by the Affiliate as per the terms under this contract and the booking voucher issued by the PEOPLES’ SAGA.
  15. Pets are allowed in any of the PEOPLES’ SAGA’s own/Affiliated premises on a chargeable basis.
  16. The Second party may be denied using his/ her vacations under this contract if there is any other outstanding due payable from the Second Party s to the First Party.
  17. The Second Party hereby agrees to purchase products of PEOPLES’ SAGA under this contract and PEOPLES’ SAGA accepts the same, subject to the terms and conditions of this
  18. Second Party has understood the benefits available under this contract which is more particularly listed out in this Contract. Second Party further understands that no benefits other than those listed in this Contract will be available to Second
  19. The Second Party understands that he/she is bound by Rules & Regulations of PEOPLES’ SAGA and as duly amended from time to time. The decision of the management of PEOPLES’ SAGA would be final in all

On signing of this contract with the First Party, the Second Party consents to the First Party regularly reaching out on phone/ mail /email/SMS, updates on new schemes & other value additions even if the party is in the TRAI regulated DND. The Second Party understands that he/she should furnish their change of address; telephone numbers etc., if any to the Customer Care Dept., to keep Second Party’s record up to
  21. Apart from these Terms & Conditions as mentioned above, all other statutes as applicable shall be binding on Second Party. Any amendment or enactment of legislation resulting in additional obligations on First Party or changing the nature of any activity undertaken by First Party to the detriment of the First Party then the provisions in this contract to the extent the additional obligations are imposed on the First Party and the provisions in this contract to the extent the law applicable is changing the nature of the activity undertaken by the First Party would be considered as extinguished before the amendment or enactment of the legislation coming into force and the Company would not be held responsible for consequences of such

Second Party understands that this Contract (in the printed form ONLY) SUPERCEDES any communication whether written or oral or any variation or hand-written remarks rewriting the printed Contract made by the Agents and/or representatives of PEOPLES’ SAGA or Second Party to this Contract and/or any other written communication issued by PEOPLES’ SAGA representatives (including on Company Letter Head or STAMP PAPER). Further, Second Party understands that the benefits and terms of the vacations as set out in this Contract are final and binding on PEOPLES’ SAGA and Second
  23. Second Party confirms that no other verbal/written promises or any other assurances in deviation from this contract have been made by PEOPLES’ SAGA’s
  24. Second Party hereby declares that particulars given above are true, correct and complete in order. If any transaction is delayed or not affected at all for the reason of incomplete or incorrect information, Second Party shall not hold PEOPLES’ SAGA responsible for any loss/damage/inconvenience caused due to the same. The Second Party shall, within 30 days from shifting to any other residence apart from the address mentioned in this contract, shall intimate the same to PEOPLES’ SAGA at the address mentioned in this contract regarding the new address along with address proof. In the event the intimation of change of address is not given to PEOPLES’ SAGA, any communication either by PEOPLES’ SAGA or through their lawyers is deemed to be served on the address mentioned in this
  25. Second Party acknowledges and confirms that all the Terms and Conditions of PEOPLES’ SAGA, shall be fully and completely binding on Second Party on the signing of this Contract by Second Party and that any further amendments to the same shall also be binding on Second
  26. Second Party confirms that Second Party shall not use the vouchers and/or offers if any, or the facilities offered pursuant to the offer, if any, for any improper or illegal or unlawful purposes/activities or adopt or alter the same for any improper or illegal or unlawful
  27. Second Party acknowledges that Second Party has been treated pleasantly and courteously and Second Party entered into this Contract at its free will and accord and there is no compulsion or coercion or undue influence exercised by PEOPLES’ SAGA and/or its agents/ Further Second Party always agrees to be courteous towards management and property employees. In any case, if the Second Party finds no satisfaction in the service or behaviour, Second Party approaches the top management of the Peoples’ Saga before taking any negative reviews or action against Peoples’ Saga.
  28. Second Party hereby confirms that Second Party has gone through the aforesaid Terms & Conditions and Benefits/Obligations and Second Party has understood and accepted the
