I was surprised to see a Startup that has this much authentic certification and a clear vision of business modules. An ISO Certified company, registered under MSME and also holds Startup-India certificate – a central government initiation to validate the genuineness of a company. Full proof trustworthy certified company.
Hybrid Concept.
I have seen companies with this type of Concept. Some sell farmland and some ask us to invest in the farmland. This has all of those along with the Resort concept, UDS in the land as security, Wellness concept, and many more. We own this company which is documented. A total futuristic hybrid business concept.

I have been to a lot of business meets but this company’s presentation was the best of all. I was wondering how one can achieve all those promises at a time. The flow of work and business proposal convinced me sure shot success. High assured returns with backed-up security as UDS on land against investment, much-needed worthy services like Ayur Wellness Spa, adventure package, etc. Worth every penny vested in the project.

At first, glance when we were invited for a meeting in Chikmagalur for “The Enthusiastic Shareholders Meet”, with little hesitation, been there but after the conclusion, I was surprised to see the business module. Keen to get in as an investor. Being an investor gives you the flexibility of enjoying the ownership of the company as well as perks provided to an affiliate.
