Leisure time also belongs to a section of one the most important aspects of life. Given that leisure time encompasses activities that we do in our spare time, it involves things that we do for fun and enjoyment.
Those activities boost our endorphins and make us truly happy.
Now, imagine that we were devoid of leisure time and that we were only doing the things we HAVE TO do and not those that we WANT TO do.
We would feel miserable, right? Dancing, reading an inspiring book, singing, hanging out with your friends and family, drawing, cooking, etc., are things that bring color to our life.
Our hobbies, passions, and activities that we enjoy doing are what make us feel inspired and they boost our positive energy which then spreads to other aspects as well.
Whenever I draw or sing (or do something else that I’m passionate about), I notice that I’m more productive at work, in conversations with my friends, etc.
Doing something just because you want to do it gives you a sense of fulfillment and purpose.
It also boosts your creativity, self-love, and self-discovery, which you can implement in everything you do outside of your leisure time.
