Every single one of us has a different idea of spirituality. Some connect it with religion, peace of mind, meditation, purpose, the meaning of life, and so on.
Whatever it is for you, one thing is certain; spirituality plays an important role in our life.
I like to see spirituality as an invisible force or energy that lives inside us. The way we feed that energy can shape or alter it and send different messages to the universe.
If we practice meditation daily, our body and mind will enter a state of bliss and inner balance. This will make us ooze with positivity and such energy will attract more positive things into our life.
I like to think a lot about the meaning of life and similar mind-boggling ‘questions’ and I’ve noticed that the more I think about it, the more I feel in tune with my higher self.
Spirituality is a powerful force that can shape our beliefs, boost our mood, and change the way we see things or used to see them.
Being spiritual means being open to improvement and absorbing different, enriching perspectives.
It is deeply rooted in our DNA and it has the power to affect all aspects of life, like family, work, friendships, and especially health.
Our mental health is in close connection with spirituality because if your spirit is ‘sick’, this can reflect on both the mental and physical aspects.
I recently read somewhere that cancer is not a physical disease but a disease of the spirit. Perhaps it is true but I’ll leave this one for you to decide for yourself.
