This is a completely managed farmland project with a resort developed by Peoples’ Saga Properties Private Limited. Farms will be managed by a professional agricultural specialist with good professional experience. Whereas Resort will be managed by experts in the sector. We are also taking up the task of grooving empty land into Argo-Forest with a fully operational wellness Resort in it.

In the farm plot, we will be planting around 1500 – 2000 plants, out of which 70% of the plant will be timber-oriented plants and the remaining 30% will be covered with horticulture plants. Each customer will have an option to choose the variety of plants to be planted in each farm plot.

Yes. If for any reason, you want to exit from your property portfolio (exit investment), you can do so. However, the lock-in period comprises the duration of property construction, and till the resort is completely operational with a time limit on it. Buyback is guaranteed by Peoples’ Saga.
